Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone, email and chat technical and customer support on various Microsoft Windows based software packages, e.g. Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Access;
-Responsible for delivering timely, accurate technical answers and providing a high degree of customer service and satisfaction;
-Provide technical and customer support in German or French;
-Work with targets
Requirements and Qualifications:
-Good technical skills;
-Good troubleshooting skills;
-Superior customer services and telephones skills required;
- Knowledge of Win XP or Win 2000 an advantage;
